Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to Horizon Capital, private equity firm based in Kyiv, in the sale of majority stake in Natur Bravo, the leading fruits and vegetables processor in Moldova. The Company was acquired by the group of European private investors.

Golden Gate Business has organized and handled all the stages of the transaction. The buyer was chosen on the basis of the competitiveness, that allowed to maximize the deal value for the seller.
