Golden Gate Business has advised the owners of Farlep-Invest (company), Ukrainian fixed-line telecom provider, in the sale of the control interests. The company was sold to System Capital Management, Donetsk based diversified industrial and financial group. The sale was done through a competitive process which proved to be successful and has maximized the value for the selling shareholders. Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to the sellers.
