Golden Gate Business has advised the owners of Optima Telecom (company), one of the leading Ukrainian independent fixed-line telecom providers, in the sale of the control interests. Golden Gate Business has helped its client to restructure the company by providing interim CFO for 6 months which has significantly improved the transparency of the company. The company was sold to System Capital Management, Donetsk based diversified industrial and financial group. Golden Gate Business has acted as sole financial advisor to the sellers.
