In September 2010, Golden Gate Business has successfully completed the acquisition by private equity firm Horizon Capital of a stake in Vitmark-Ukraine.

Vitmark-Ukraine is a leading Ukrainian non-alcoholic beverages company, second largest juice producer with two key juice brands controlling over 27% combined market share by volume (brands Jaffa, Our Juice Odessa Baby Food Cannery, Sokovyta, Chudo-Chado, Aquarte). It also boasts a leading share of 20% in baby food juices and purees segment.

The transaction again has proved Golden Gate Business efficiency and deep understanding of FMCG market.
